Terms of Use

These terms govern access to and use of Seminole County Released Inmates. By using the site, you accept them. If you do not agree, do not continue to use the service.

This is a private site with no affiliation to a government body, sheriff, jail, court, or corrections agency. Neither the site nor its advertising partners offers consumer reports or FCRA-covered services. Information cannot be used for credit, employment, insurance, tenant screening, or another regulated purpose.

Nature of the Service

This reference points visitors toward Seminole County jail and release resources, Oklahoma corrections records, supervision contacts, federal locators, and third-party research tools. It is not a government office or private investigation firm. It stores no official records and cannot confirm custody, cause a release, file a request, or act for a user.

Acceptable Use

Access is conditioned on lawful and responsible conduct. You agree that you will not:

  • Break a law while using the service
  • Use information to stalk, threaten, harass, or harm a person
  • Base hiring, housing, lending, or insurance decisions on site content
  • Attempt access to accounts, systems, or data without authorization
  • Operate bots, scrapers, or automated collection tools
  • Disrupt the service or interfere with another visitor

No Consumer Reports

The site is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. It does not provide credit reports, consumer reports, background checks, or screening services, and neither do its advertising partners through this site. You agree not to use any information for:

  • Hiring, firing, promotion, or another employment decision
  • Tenant selection, leases, or housing decisions
  • Creditworthiness, lending, or insurance pricing
  • Licensing, permits, or government-benefit eligibility
  • Any additional purpose regulated by the FCRA

Third-Party Destinations

Links may lead to sheriff and corrections pages, government portals, legal resources, release records, and outside search services. A link is not an endorsement. Each provider controls its content, privacy, pricing, uptime, and terms, and users should review those rules before submitting data.

Service Provided As Is

The site and its content are supplied “as is” and “as available.” No warranty is made that:

  • Information is accurate, complete, or current
  • The service will be uninterrupted
  • Code and systems will be free of errors or security flaws
  • A partner search will return every available public record

Custody and public-record data can change quickly. Nothing here is an official statement by the Seminole County Sheriff's Office, ODOC, a court, or another government agency.

Limits of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the site, its owners, and its providers are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or other damages arising from access, inability to access, reliance on content, or use of an outside service.

Your Duty to Indemnify

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold the site and its operators harmless from claims, losses, costs, and reasonable legal fees caused by your use, misuse, violation of these terms, or infringement of another person's rights.

Ownership of Site Materials

Unless stated otherwise, the text, graphics, logos, design, and code are owned by Seminole County Released Inmates or its content partners. They may not be copied, republished, modified, or distributed without prior written permission, apart from uses allowed by law.

Revisions to These Terms

The terms may change at any time. A revision takes effect when posted. Continued use after posting means acceptance of the revised terms.

Suspension of Access

Access may be limited, suspended, or ended at any time and without advance notice, including when misuse, security concerns, or a violation of these terms is suspected.

Oklahoma Law Controls

These terms are governed by Oklahoma law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any permitted dispute must be brought in a court with proper jurisdiction in Oklahoma.

Severability

If a court finds one provision invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. The affected term will be adjusted only as far as needed to make it enforceable.
